Water Filtration or Treatment
Filtration, sediment control or sediment treatment are all industry terms used to describe cleaning fluids of constituents or contaminants. NCS Fluid Handling Systems designs solutions to address any given situation.
NCS Fluid Handling Systems design team can design and supply a system that will deal with inflow particulate or dewatering particulate removal, as well as a system that handles situations where a hydrocarbon sheen or the presence of hydrocarbon is detected.
Water Treatment and Iron Removal
The NCS Fluid Handling Systems Professional engineers and designers offer an extensive amount of design knowledge for solutions related to treatment of contaminants, non-hazardous material management and water treatment — our team can design specific solutions to assist with project requirements in either temporary or in semi permanent applications.
NCS Fluid Handling Systems designs support varying conditions whether you require sediment control, dissolved iron removal, heavy metal treatment, organic and inorganic, high-flow and low-flow, we can design and support any project.
NCS Process Equipment
NCS Process Equipment Group understands that our products not only help improve water quality by reducing the environmental impact as result of infrastructure advancements and industrial activity that involve the industrial handling and management of water.
NCS Fluid Handling Systems et al are the Canadian Representatives and distributor for the Tsurumi Process Equipment division.
The team works hard to offer the best engineered designs and a leading edge solutions package. NCS Process Equipment Group knows that our community and clients have unique needs and the need for NCS Process Equipment Group to be constantly developing solutions required to make our clients successful.
The evolution of the solutions now includes NCS Process Equipment Group and the innovative products added to the overall solutions package at NCS Group of Companies.
With these products and services, our team is dedicated to expanding the core of what we provide with more solutions and equipment that meets the needs of our clients site requirement across Canada.
Water Filtration or Treatment
Filtration, sediment control or treatment are all industry terms that are also for cleaning fluids of constituents or contaminants. NCS Fluid Handling Systems Inc offers systems to address a specific solution for a given situation.
Filtration is technically defined as the process of separating suspended solids from a liquid, by causing the latter to pass through the pores of a membrane, called a filter. The liquid which has obtained after filtration is called the filtrate. NCS Fluid Handling Systems incorporates filters made of paper, cloth, sand, or any other porous material.
NCS Fluid Handling Systems offers filter socks or sediment control tanks for construction sites and water polishing systems, such as backwash filter tanks or carbon bed filtration tanks or cartridges, in cases where hydrocarbon removal is required.
NCS Fluid Handling Systems design engineers assist clients can with which solution is best, details for each site vary and so does the solution. The type of mixture allows the best solution to be determined.
The mixtures are of two main types: homogeneous and heterogeneous mixtures. A homogeneous mixture is a mixture that is uniform throughout. A heterogeneous mixture is a mixture that is not uniform throughout, i.e., ingredients of the mixture is distributed unequally. Air is a homogeneous mixture of different gases, including oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water vapour.
Homogeneous mixtures are sometimes also called solutions; especially when it is a mixture of a solid dissolved in a liquid, whereas a heterogeneous mixture is like a mixture of sand in water. The sand will stay undissolved and is distributed unevenly across the entire mixture. The sand particles floating around which will eventually settle to the bottom of the bottle makes it a heterogeneous mixture. Different types of filters are used to purify and to separate these mixtures from the contaminants. Based on the type of contaminant-large or small, filters of different pore sizes can be used.
Filtration Services
NCS Fluid Handling Systems’ design team can design a system that will deal with inflow particulate or dewatering particulate removal, as well as a system that handles situations where a hydro-carbon sheen or the presence of hydrocarbon is detected. NCS Fluid Handling Systems’ engineered solution team supplies, installs, and monitors specialized hydrocarbon removal filtration systems through various filtration methods.
